Job Description

We are currently looking for a Head of New Project Place combined with Head of CB Operations, Middle East and Pakistan

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Head of Project New Place (MESA/Africa):

Programme Manage the multiple streams in New place project which includes Lending, Investments, automation initiatives, product management, channel strategy and call centers.
Work closely with respective stream project managers to ensure delivery.
Monitoring, reporting and control of initiatives.
Financial Management of New Place initiatives.
Closely work with CB Heads/CIOs/Credit/Finance in the countries to implement
End to End product control for Lending and Investment products
Identify key manual workarounds in CB Operations and automate
Deliver Lending and Investment end state systems and operating model to countries

Head of CB Operations MEPA (Middle East and Pakistan):

Oversight of CB Operations in countries ¿ financials, productivity, service, risk management, people and projects.
Work closely with the country CIOs on risk management, process reengineering, productivity and service delivery and support improvements
Partner with Group and country operations to deliver the GTO roadmaps and transformation agenda for CB Operations
Oversee cross border talent across countries
Support country CB Operations heads to centralize, automate and optimize
Support optimization of costs
Link with Group standard practices and programmes and ensure transfer of best practices.

This person chairs the New Place steering committee, is a key member of project PSCs, and also is a member of the GTO West Mancom.
Skills

- Core CB Operations background in a large market.
- Very deep and end to end understanding of CB operating control environment including end to end product control, accounting and reconciliation
- Deep knowledge of CB products and processes
- Deep knowledge of financial management of products across sales, credit, operations and country finance.
- Extensive ability to work across teams like sales, credit, operations and finance to implement standard operating models.
- Very good understanding of standard operating models in CB Operations.
- Ability to operate and a broad as well as a deep level of operational and product control activities.
- Project/Programme/Change Management and execution and coordination capabilities
- Understanding of CB systems and their applicability
- Good People Management skills
- Deep understanding and experience of GTO cost management principles and practices
- Very Good understanding of Bank¿s ORMA process and risk mitigation
- Very Good understanding of the processes and models in the shared services centers.
- University degree major in Business/Finance /Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Banks products, policies, guidelines, corporate law, and business strategy.
- Deep understanding of the economic, political and business environment of the region.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness.
- Drive, energy and passion for diving into details on process, product control and financials and provide significant individual contribution.
- Active communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership presence with the gravitas to influence to CB Manco and GTO Mancom levels

Business Leader, Acceptance - GCC / Middle East at Visa


Job Description

PURPOSE
The role will be responsible for developing and executing an acceptance development plan and leading the local acceptance team in the GCC & Middle Eastern markets.

The role will influence Visa's business via:
§ Positioning Visa as the industry leader and thought leader amongst clients, partners and peers.
§ Driving the increase of Merchant Sales Volume (MSV) and revenues via additional acceptance locations, increased Visa usage, and additional processing volume via VisaNet.
§ Working closely with country managers to understand acceptance business needs and jointly develop acceptance business plans.
§ Leading the execution of acceptance business plans.
§ Recruiting, developing, and leading local acceptance staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Development and implementation of the acceptance business plan.
§ Successful implementation of product and strategic initiatives to the acceptance community.
§ Support the teams managing acquirer relationships with information, tools, and best practices.
§ Growth of new acceptance locations and penetration in targeted new merchant sectors.
§ Growth in usage of Visa at current acceptance locations
§ Development and implementation of a merchant sales coverage plan.

§ Growth in new merchant locations, number of POS transactions, and payment volume.
§ Growth in PCE penetration of key merchant sectors.
§ Increase in payment volume/total volume ratio.
§ Increase in cross border transactions.
§ Management of acceptance budget.

* Professional Degree with significant relevant experiences

Regional Sales Manager - Middle East at EXFO


Job Description

Regional Sales Manager – Service Assurance Solutions – Middle East/UAE
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Based in the UAE region, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of sales strategies in across UAE region.

More specifically, your duties will consist of the following tasks:

• Providing the primary client interface in all Service Assurance opportunities in your territory
• This activity will be led by direct sales activity, in collaboration with internal EXFO partners (FA managers, business development managers and other Regional Sales Managers across the territory) and with selected external sales partners
• Devise and execute appropriate product positioning and value proposition strategy for our target clients
• Providing this sales lead for the complete suite of Service Assurance solutions – NGN, voice, data, video, mobile
• Taking primary opportunity ownership and leadership, mobilizing the win-team and Solution Engineers for PoC and trials, as appropriate
• Ensuring an efficient and comprehensive hand over to post-sales support team, keeping a sharp control on overall client satisfaction and building a foundation for repeat service revenues and further system expansion
• Assisting the Director of Sales in programs to sensitise and train non expert sales (internal and partners) to be able to effectively identify and engage new opportunities in region
• Continual update and maintenance of CRM system for pipeline and forecast management as well as marcom activity in region
• Contribute to overall FA planning
• Contribute continually to product feedback and future portfolio process

You will also be required to perform any other task related to this position.
Skills

 Strong sales management track record in Service Assurance or similar field, experience of wirless network topography an dneed would be advantageous
 Strong CxO interfacing skills
 Versed in the Service Assurance solutions and executive suite selling. Knowledge of Miller Heiman processes a definite asset.
 Outstanding relationships and knowledge of the network service providers market
 Channel management capabilities
 Experience in database management (CRM) as used in sales activities
