The Lead Consultant / Senior Manager is responsible for winning new business and delivery of strategic OSS / BSS transformation projects across the Middle East. Skills

- Extensive relationships / contacts at C-LEVEL within service providers regionally

The position will serve both Gulf operations as well as support the regional goals and business strategy in the Middle East and Africa region.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant in area of Telecommunications with the following responsibilities:

- conduct and manage consulting projects and engagements in Telecommunication markets in Middle East and Africa;
- analyze business and market trends; provide clients with proposals and recommendations;
- work with quantitative market sizing and forecasting analytical tools as well as gather the support from research teams;
- prepare thorough and well-organized reports, writing of summaries & conclusions;
- play a significant role in business development by building and maintaining industry relationships and assisting in sales efforts.
Skills

- experience as Consultant with excellent networking skills;
- relevant work experience in consulting is strongly preferred;
- market research or industry-specific knowledge (in particular communication) is a strong plus;
- University degree or equivalent, and experience in market and/or equity research in the telecoms fields; or research & consulting, marketing or sales at a telecoms service provider or vendor;

Job Description

Hyperion, Ebiz-Finance
12 to 15 years
Must have 2 to 3 full life cycle implementation of Oracle E biz on Finance modules. Must have lead the project as a project manager of approx 2000 users. Additional experience is required on Hyperion implementation of 1 full cycle of financial consolidation and financial planning

Siebel + Agile
7 to 9 years
Must have 2 full life cycle implementation of Siebel implementation with or without interfaceto Oracle ERP. Experience of project where Seiebel interfaced to oracle ERP would be useful.Additional experience is required on Agile implementation 1 full cycle implementation.

Ebiz-Purchase, I Procurement
6 to 8 years
Must have 1 full cycle implementation of Oracle Purchasing modules i.e. Purchase Order, receipts/grn. Additional experience of E- Procurement modules of Oracle ERP is mandatory for this position. Should have experience of process before purchase i.e. RFP,RFQ, Negotiation, Comparison, Contract and Spend Analysis.

Production Scheduling (Numetrix)
6 to 8 years
Must have 1 to 2 full cycle implementation of Oracle Production Scheduling solution (earlier called Numetrix). Experience of implementing other Production scheduling solution as i2 or ortems would also be useful for this position.

HR Module
6 to 8 years
Must have 2 full cycle implementation of Oracle HR modules and also payroll in a multi country environment. Person must have good experience of Balance scorecard, Recruitment , training , KRA process etc.
