Duties & Responsibilities
• Review, enhancement and monitoring of the CTO department Objectives
• Definition and monitoring of CTO department dashboard reflecting Network and Business indicators (KPI, SLA, regular reporting, etc.)
• Review and continual enhancements of Network processes and procedures (expansion, maintenance, implementation, etc.)
• Review and continual enhancement of CTO department processes and procedures
• Monitoring and Optimization of ITC Network resources (Bandwidth, Spectrum, International links)
• Monitoring and Optimization of ITC Network performance (WiMax, Core, MW, etc.)
• Interfacing with the Regulatory team in ITC for the fulfillment and implementation of CITC directives.
• Maintaining and Monitoring ITC Network assets
• Interfacing with the Company Quality division

- Extensive relationships / contacts at C-LEVEL within service providers regionally
- Candidates from telecom consultancy houses are preferred (Accenture, CapGemini, Deloitte, Delta Partners, IBM)
- Sales and business development skills
- Proven track record in delivery
- First rate communication skills, energy and ambition
