Our AMENA Sales Leadership team is seeking to appoint a Sales Capability Director whose remit is to partner with Global CoE and Commercial Unit Leads, and HR teams to define Sales Capability needs across all channels and business models (Company and Franchise- Owned Bottling Operations, Snack Operations). This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining a World Class curriculum, including advanced learning techniques and accessibility, in order to build a world Class Selling Organization that offers real career growth opportunities for Sales Managers and Front Line, spanning Modern and Traditional trade channels.
Key accountabilitis of the role include:
* Partnering with Commercial Unit leads to define the Sales Capability Strategy for the Sector as well as Regions/Key markets
* Partnering with HR to rollout the Global Sales Competency Model for Managers and Front Line and define base line proficiency levels for each role within the Sales Force
* Supporting Global CoE and co-authoring the development of Curriculum (Language Adaptation) and learning techniques including a digital learning strategy (e-modules, videos, virtual training etc…) - Training on demand accessible to all Managers, Front Line and Franchise-Owned Bottling Operations
* Designing Sales Capability Road Map for the market and aligning key stakeholders on phasing, deployment and resourcing
* Deploying Sales Capability Training modules on a Train the Trainer basis or factory direct
* Establishing PepsiCo World Class Customer Engagement Model (WCCE) across key Customers and on-board cross functional teams to new ways of Customer engagement
* Providing subject matter expertise support and facilitating the development of process improvement. Developing tailor made solutions/training modules for specific requirement for a Region or Commercial Unit
* Playing a key role in cascading/deploying an effective and simple Sales Capability calendar to be implemented and sustained by unit level/Distributor Partners
* Partnering closely with Bottling Partners to Implement & Sustain Sales Processes
* Reviewing the implementation and conducting health check for Sales Processes to establish corrective plans as necessary.
* Maintaining a presence in the field to follow up on implementation, highlighting strong performers & identifying areas of improvement.
* Leveraging technology to drive accessibility and develop new embedding techniques to maximize ROI (Gaming, E-Learning , video etc…)
* Establishing Tracking KPI's and score card for Sales
What are we looking for?
A highly experienced FMCG Sales Leader who is well versed in Sales Operations and Sales Capability, who can demonstrate previous success developing and executing sales learning strategy. You will be an expert in training content design and be well versed in new learing techniques including technology and gaming platforms, to optiise accessibility and learning benefits. Your expertise will span Modern & Traditional trade channels across diverse geographical markets.
This is a challenging and critical Sales leadership role requiring exceptional vision, communication and influencing skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure. You'll need to thrive in a very fast paced environment, be able to navigate a complex matrix structure, and achieve results in the face of ambiguity and constant change.

Minimum 7years as an SME in the development and roll-out of Sales Capability in a large FMCG Organization
Towering Strength in designing training content and facilitating learning Modules

Previous and successful Sales experience in a Sales leadership role (managing a team)
Key Account management skills a plus
