The Director, Corporate Affairs, MENA (Middle East and Northern Africa) region will oversee Internal and External Communications, Leadership Communications, and CSR in PepsiCo across the region. They will develop, lead and maintain our corporate image and reputation by building and maintaining goodwill with media, government and other stakeholders to support business activities and operations in MENA Region.
Key accountabilities include:
Public Policy/Government Affairs
Liaise closely with sector and global Government Affairs to ensure full alignment and timeliness of global messaging regarding PepsiCo policy positions. Support these positions with media relations and strategic counsel as needed.

The AMENA Productivity Director owns the AMENA Sector Make & Move Productivity and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) agenda, including development of the Operating Productivity Pipeline to ensure delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Year On Year (YOY) productivity targets across the four regions (APAC, India, China, MENA).
Based in Dubai and reporting to the AMENA Vice President (VP), Productivity & Performance, key accountabilities include:
Co-lead with Supply Chain Regional VP's productivity targets and initiatives across the full Supply Chain.
Lead the blue box productivity initiatives in order to achieve incremental productivity targets across the AMENA sector.

The Engineering Director - Beverages will lead the AMENA Beverages Engineering team, providing Centre of Excellence (CoE) subject matter expertise on Beverage Process/Packaging Technologies to deliver the AMENA capital agenda and drive breakthrough Innovation to deliver productivity goals across AMENA, spanning ~20 Beverage Company Owned Bottling Operation (COBO) plants. The role acts as the primary gatekeeper of PepsiCo`s Engineering specifications, centerlines and standards for Beverage Technologies, in line with PepsiCo Global strategies. In addition to CoE leadership, this role will provide Project Management of AMENA-lead Pilot projects. The role covers portfolio across all Beverage process/packaging platforms; as well as being the liaison with global groups on New Product Development (NPD) and Global Nutrition Group (GNG) agenda. Will also provide technical support to 3rd party Joint Venture (JV)/Franchised Owned Bottling Operations (FOBO) as required.
