Job Description

This role is responsible to lead the delivery of end-to-end truck solutions for your customers across the advisory, sales and after sales/service areas of the business. We engage our employees to underpin our aim of engaging our customers so you'll also be responsible for leading your people to the best possible effect. You will be setting the pace in business development, partnering arrangements, product advisory work and providing levels of after sales care and service that exceed every customer's expectations.
Skills

In this role, you'll need to bring to bear your whole of business truck experience from pre through to post sales activity. We really want someone with Hino product experience but will welcome the right candidate with parallel product experience. We will particularly welcome experience in dealing with a Japanese principal. Our employee engagement approach will need someone with sound leadership skills and exposure to the Gallup program will be of use. We value well educated employees with sound communication and computer skills and our growth plans mean that project management experience in setting up new showrooms will be an advantage.
