Responsibilities
Sells Oracle’s NEW award winning Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) via the Telephone and Internet technologies
Manages business pipeline, draws up account/territory management plan
Maximizes hardware revenue from existing accounts, working in close and active cooperation primarily with Oracle Partners as well as Field sales and Inside sales colleagues for the Russian market
Identifies, qualifies and establishes new accounts and new markets
Works inside sales force, partners, business development consultants and Sales programs team to plan and direct sales campaigns
Assists customers to determine their current and future computing needs by giving them advice on appropriate computing technologies and IT trends
Proposes products and upgrades
Organizes and conducts sales presentations/product demonstrations online
Drives and manages the full sales process end-to-end while closing 100% of the sales transactions through Oracle certified partners
Personal skills and qualifications
Fluency in English and Arabic/Frech a plus
Proven track record in B2B solution sales environment
Channel sales experience
Strong grounding in all aspects of professional selling
Self motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge
Professional with good organizational and planning and prioritization skills
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Strong ability to adapt according to changing business needs and environments
Third level education or equivalent experience
