Job Description Excellent career opportunity as a CRM Director with a leading Automotive dealership in Qatar. The role involves leading the CRM Strategy with emphasis on Customer Service. Effective implementation of ORACLE, ISO and other CRM processes to enable process improvement, cycle time reduction. Development of CRM Strategy to improve the customer base.Identification customer needs by frequently conducting Customer Surveys.Measure Customer Life Cycle Development & Evaluation of CRM / Loyalty Communications Programme Design & Management Identification of Customer needs and trends so that each department is able to develop its own short term and long term strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction index. Developing & monitoring the customer data collection process & provide the analysis to management Take lead on resolving Customer complaints in a timely manner Development of Customer Relationship measures like Contact to Sales conversion rates etc. Desired Skills & Experience Ideal candidate will be a native speaker with10- 15 years in a Marketing and Sales area within the automotive sector or a relevant industrial sector, of which 3 years’ in a management experience role in CRM. Exposure to evaluation of effectiveness of Customer Loyality initiatives essential A Degree in Commerce/Engineering with an MBA is desirable.
