Senior PR Account Director – Trade and Technical Fifth Ring - Dubai

Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced senior PR account director to work closely with the Head of PR and a talented team of Account Managers and Executives based in our Dubai office, primarily acting as main facilitator of our Trade and Technical client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be an advocate of Fifth Ring by developing key relationships with the clients and the account team
• Provide client counsel to the client and overseeday to day activities on the account
• To facilitate the delivery of key deliverables on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction
• To support the business unit manager indevelopment of this unit
• To support all aspects of delivery and fulfil specific  functions in absence of the head of PR
• To mentor and support account team members

Desired Skills & Experience

Essential Criteria

• English Language – fluent written and spoken
• Minimum of 8 years PR experience – within agency and at least a year as a Senior Account Director
• Knowledge and experience of trade and technical PR, ideally within the Energy sector, is a must
• Knowledge of the media, understanding of strategy & creativity, either locally or internationally
• Commercial awareness
• Business planning experience
• Solid, proven, writing skills, experienced inpreparing proposals, pitches, features and press release writing
• Well net-worked
• Ability to travel to other Emirates on occasions
