International Facilities Manager, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Need
Parsons is seeking a visionary manager who can design and implement a strategy in support of international growth for the corporate real estate portfolio. This role will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will lead efforts to develop facilities strategies and direction, including the development of policies and procedures, strategic plans and cost controls to support business growth with optimal use of resources. He or she will assess the need for real estate and facility resources and monitor performance to ensure the coordinated provision of standard and consistent services across the Corporation’s International portfolio. Oversees site selection, lease negotiations, and construction of new sites and/or the retrofitting or consolidation of existing sites. Develops and monitors annual operating budgets of $25+ million dollars. Establishes and maintains frequent contact and collaboration with regional executives to ensure alignment with the latest business direction and real estate strategies.
Requirements
- 15 + years of related experience in a corporate real estate environment, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic real estate planning, regional portfolio planning, space planning, and forecasting in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Business finance, e.g. P&L’s, variance analysis, budgeting, etc.
- Strong background in the International market and applicable real estate contract laws.
- 4-year Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
