Managing Director | Marks and Spencer | MENA Al Futtaim - Dubai

Job Description We are seeking the appointment of Managing Director, Marks and Spencer for the MENA region. This position will run our Marks & Spencer business throughout the Middle East, Egypt and drive the expansion programme. It will report to the President - Retail and be based in Dubai. You be required to maximise profitability of the business unit through potentialising sales, management and control of cost base and to ensure development and progression of the team to deliver exemplary retail standards and customer service. This is a critical role in ensuring that the business performs upto budgeted expectations. You will be responsible for ensuring profitability of the business unit and to pull together an effective, cohesive team and enthuse the team to strive for one clear goal.
