Job Description We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Fleet Financial Analysis Manager ro join Al Futtaim Motor's Corporate Fleet team in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Dubai Corporate Fleet, Bulk and Special Accounts teams to ensure accurate analysis of the profit volume equation on all deals to support management sales decisions. Act as a financial analyst in support to the Fleet Department management team when developing new business initiatives in sales, after sales and marketing. Support transformation initiatives for profitable growth of the Fleet, Leasing and Government channels and later into the rental and re-marketing channels as these evolve over time. The key accountabilities of this role will include: Provide financial analysis support for profitable growth of Fleet, Leasing & Government channels. Ensure accurate financial models are developed for analysis of daily rental, staff leasing and all re-marketing based business. Ensure all Fleet and Rental deal financials are approved according to the valid level of authority with a full and accurate profit-volume equation information to support management decisions Provide management with accurate and timely financial reports of Fleet, Leasing, Government, Rental and any other fleet channel sales Support re-marketing inventory and revenue reporting and analysis Financial analysis to business cases for new fleet products and services Develop departmental Selling Expense & FME budgets and their subsequent control and tracking New Model Launch processes and the TCO events support Desired Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have the following experience: • Educated to degree level and with a specific Finance qualification• At least four years in a commercial environment providing financial support to sales organisation• Good knowledge of normal business financial processes and specifically those related to a sales organization operating in a B2B environment• High level of understanding of financial analysis and modelling tools and able to create analysis from concept to delivery• Fluent in English
