Country Manager Al Futtaim - Doha,Qatar

Job Description Reporting to the President of Automotive, you will act as Al Futtaim Group's resident representative in the respective geography and coordinate closely with JV partners and respective Government Organizations. You will spear head business development initiatives, provide support to all the businesses in areas of shared services including IT, Finance HR, Government / Public Relations and advise Regional Business Teams on local laws and regulations to support the activation of various programs initiated by the Regional businesses. Additionally you will support in reviewing business processes to help increase the business efficiency and act as business development head for the regional businesses. Desired Skills & Experience This position requires business maturity, excellent judgment and a hands-on entrepreneurial spirit. Successful candidates will have 10-15 years of professional and industry experience with exposure of working in a shared service environment. Additional requirements include:• Senior management leadership experience in multi brand organizations is a benefit• Masters Degree • Ten years of experience in a leadership role for a large division or company• Experience in execution• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures• Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures• Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data• Knowledge of public relations principles and practices• Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques• Ability to develop and deliver presentations• Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources. • Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
