Job Description
- Maximise revenue and margin opportunities by supporting all sales channels- Promote TNT to existing and prospective customers and at all times
- Gather all information related to market portfolios including multi-country opportunities
- Propose the budget/revenue targets for the vertical market portfolios
- Provide input to the top level business plan for their product
- Maximise all operational resources to ensure service quality
- Ensure all enquiries from depots / countries and quotations are responded to as per the SLA
- Ensure the compliance to formal recruitment procedures to attract and retain the very best employees
- Manage, coach and review direct reports to ensure KPIs and personal objectives are achieved
- Lead specific group, divisional and Business Unit projects
Desired Skills & Experience
- 10 years of senior sales management experience in the same or a similar industry.- P&L experience with direct accountability for multi-channel revenue generation and cost management.
- Sound knowledge of pricing and profitability strategies and a track record for continuous profit improvement.
- Proven experience and knowledge of training and development of people and teams.
- Extensive product knowledge
- Strong market sector knowledge / awareness, including supply chain structures, developments and requirements
- Business to business selling skills
- Communication capability at a senior / board level, both internally and externally
- Ability to interpret and apply Value Based Management principles, financial reporting and return on investments
- Marketing, sales and account management experience
- International express or logistics industry background
- Proven track record of achieving targets and KPI’s (personal and team)
