The Director Sales is a critical position that will own the P&L responsibility for CleartripforBusiness product in the UAE & GCC Markets. The position will work in the domains of Business Development, Supplier Relationships, Cost & Pricing as well as strengthening customer value proposition. Reporting into the Sr.Vice President-Business Development, this position will manage and execute company strategies and plans for the CleartripforBsuiness product independently with inputs and guidance from the reporting manager along with the Cleartrip Executive Team. The position will require extensive travel.DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Build a profitable and sustainable CleartripforBusiness product to the projected revenue contribution & beyond by maintaining a revenue mix
- Strengthen the Value proposition to the customer by increasing repeat business from existing customers
- Lead & manage a Sales team for New Customer acquisition (B2B - Corporates)
- Maintain Collections at optimal levels (e.g. zero outstanding > 60 days)
- Superior Service Delivery/Account Management
Desired Skills & Experience
Desired candidate should have 12 years+ experience in Corporate sales field.Atleast 2-3 years of travel industry exposure in UAE Markets, preferably from OTA, Travel Companies
