Job Description
Be part of one of Dubai’s most well known, prestigious hotel and earn stripes on your career and resume.This international hotel group is currently in the market for an experience high performing F&B professional to come and assist in the running of their many F&B outlets of this hotel. In addition to the day to day you will also oversee the long term planning of the F&B operations. You will lead a very large team of F&B professionals as well as be responsible for the budgets, costs, policies and procedures and the entire guest experience in your outlets.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a large international luxury hotel chain, have worked for a hotel with a substantial F&B department, be a true F&B professional with over 10 years experience, ability to manage a large team and Middle East experience would be ideal but not essential. You will be flexible and demonstrate outstanding common sense and business acumen as you will represent the hotel in a senior management capacity.
You will be rewarded with an above market remuneration package (USD%70K per annum), full expat package, housing and schooling for dependents. You will also add to you your resume an experience that will be sort after by all other hotel chains.
