The Account Director will be responsible for the Commercial relationship between First Data and a nominated portfolio of clients. This will include the Business Development of the full suite of First Data products, industry thought leadership, positioning of intelligent business solutions to enable portfolio growth, activation, usage and retention. You will be collaborating with both internal departments and external organizations who can influence regulators, industry partners, innovators, schemes and solution providers.
Job Specific ResponsibilitiesThis Will Involve
Identifying business opportunities within the nominated customer portfolio
Managing contract renewals and performing contract and financial negotiations
Preparing and deliver client presentations, case studies and proposals
Developing and implement annual and monthly sales objectives.
Working with Sales Managers to meet sales objectives.
Working with customers to understand business needs and provide optimum solutions.
Developing business strategies to increase sales revenue
