Job Title: Support Practice Manager

To drive the successful management and leadership of the support delivery management business and its dedicated resources within the Gulf Services team we are looking to recruit a Support Practice Manager to join the Gulf Premier team, preferably based outside of U.A.E. (likely Qatar or Kuwait).

The Support Practice Manager is responsible for managing and leading in four key areas of the Premier business including:

Driving Premier growth
Operational and delivery quality and consistency
People leadership, coaching and mentoring
Business management and leadership
Their value is in developing and maintaining high performing teams that deliver quality services in a profitable way.
The primary focus of this role will be on driving high quality delivery to all Gulf Premier customers, managing the business to achieve and exceed all key goals and growing the Premier Support business significantly within the region that this role is based.

Qualifications

5-8 years of related experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years working experience in support, consulting, client/project management, high-end professional services environment or relevant management experience. A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
