Director Sales Emerging Markets Dell Dubai

Job Description
Business leader responsible for developing Dell’s business in the market across Dell’s full range of products and services.
Responsible for delivering the channel’s financial & product mix goals monthly/quarterly/yearly.
Team builder, who effectively leads & manages the inside and outside sales teams and resources.
Establishing team objectives , setting goals/targets
Attracts, develops, and retains high-performing sales & management talent.
A member of the EMEA OEM management team who participates in deciding the future direction and strategy for Dell’s OEM business in EMEA.
Formulating and driving the strategic development of our OEM business in their territory.

Essential requirements
Proven sales track record, ideally with OEM business experience.
Knowledge of emerging markets and potential key customers.
Sales management experience
Proven experience in leading and managing in a complex matrix environment regionally and globally.
Solutions selling (enterprise) experience
Ability to initiate & lead change in response to a rapidly moving competitive

environment and to develop & implement sales processes/strategies
Ability to assist/coach Sales Representatives in closing complex deals.
Desirable requirements

Strong drive for results
Excellent leadership qualities/experience and ability to motivate sales team
