This position exists to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the outpatient/health checkup center. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the outpatient/health checkup center’s services and programs, attainment of the strategic and operational objectives, and meeting or exceeding strategic, financial and operational objectives.
Principal Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities
Manages efficient day to day operations of the center, including all operational, clinical services, non-clinical support services and a range of support functions, with particular emphasis on clinical care, IT, service excellence, biomedical engineering and outsourced services.
Ensures efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, the public and staff.
Conducts periodic performance review meetings with managers to review and discuss the performance of the business and to agree on action plan in line with the agreed upon strategic plan.
Ensures optimum utilization of all assets of the organization, including safety, security and periodical maintenance.
Develops and implements all service operating policies pertaining to patient care.
Develops and fosters effective collaboration between departments, divisions, management and other affiliated services (inside and outside of the center) to ensure an integrated approach to providing services.
Oversees the planning, coordination and facilitation of information services.
Follows all safety rules while on the job. Reports accidents promptly and corrects minor safety hazards.
Communicates with staff and management regarding any hazards identified in the workplace.
Directs, delegates and oversees work efforts to ensure the best possible delivery of service and high customer/patient satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications (Mandatory & Preferred)
A bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration or a related field is required.
Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
Seven years of health care experience, including two years in a senior administrative level position.

Strong background in operations management and excellent record as a leader and hard working team player.
Analytical and disciplined, with an excellent track record, has a sense of urgency.
