We are currently recruiting for a Operations Director in the Healthcare Provider Segment located in Dubai.
Responsibilities
The candidate shall be responsible for end to end process delivery for the account/accounts they are in charge of. They will be the face of the project to the end customer. The candidate will be responsible for developing operational and tactical plans to ensure adherence to SLAs. This includes:
Provides overall directions and guidance for operations, administration, and results for a major departments or multiple departments within a function or work area.
Controls resource planning, policy formulation, planning, collaborates with subordinates, leadership to set strategy and business objectives and also provides leadership and guidance.
Sets objects for teams, advices top management. Integrates business plans based on senior leadership strategy.
Leads a team of managers responsible for carrying out objectives, develops budgets, schedules and performance requirements. Builds a long term development plan. Ensures the revenue forecast, margins are met and provides outlook for future period.
Collaborate with key internal and external stake holders. Liaison with external contacts. Also assumes responsibility for sales objectives.
Leads teams to solve abstract problems, also leads rigorous process and service improvement programs.
Supports transition, Provides operational, improves efficiency, quality and service of ongoing work. Coordinate customer-client escalations, and manages work, volume, headcount forecast, cost-revenue analysis.
Essential Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.8+ years managerial/leadership experience.
Strong project management skills; Ease with metrics
Customer orientation
Process design/solutioning skills
People Management skills
Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
Graduate degree
Desirable Requirements
Good understanding of UAE healthcare insurance RCM.
Any prior experience with insurance claims billing and follow up as per DHA guidelines.
