Deep understanding of NoSQL databases, continuous integration, and automated testing
Extensive experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience in leveraging automation tooling and Docker
Familiarity with Meteor.js and the MEAN stack
Extensive experience in e-Commerce applications
Experience in offshoring and managing teams on the vendor side preferably from a reputable Eastern Europe company
Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s EE, Computer Science or related Engineering
15+ years of progressive experience; 10+ years managerial experience
