Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for design, development and execution of an integrate STNME product strategy at a country and customer segment level
Generate ideas to improve overall system design and/or streamline delivery of product/system
Ensure high quality code is delivered on time and to specifications.
Focused on cost savings, high performance, high reliability, quality of user experience and architectural alignment of solutions.

Understand the business priorities expressed by the commercial teams and the complexity of the MEA markets
Help in prioritizing investments across portfolios to maximize opportunities and return on investment
Review consistency of new product ideas with market demands
Monitor the solutions available and deployed to any given market or channel
Mentor, develop and effectively manage the MEA Product Development and IT team
Collaborate and support at Country level with local sales teams and their strategy
Turn an existing traditional support function into a collaborative team approach
Ensure STNME performance & business goals are set and met



Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization
Establishing/Maintaining the Sabre culture within STNME
Managing all Product Department financials including creating budgets and tracking monthly expenditures.
Managing the hiring, training and termination of departmental staff
Reporting directly to the CEO Middle East, Sabre Travel Network
