Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead the development of creative concepts that support clients’ direct, digital and CRM strategies
Generate media neutral communication ideas that can be exploited across all platforms and channels
Demonstrate a clear understanding of client challenges and proactively address needs
Leverage consumer understanding and market knowledge and provide creative solutions
Identify organic and unique growth opportunities across markets
Ensure coordination between Creative and other departments to ensure proper workflow and integrated output
Partner with Planning and Business Directors to ensure communication delivers on strategy and on high standards of quality and creativity
Resolve conflicts within and across agency committees
Lead creative teams in idea generation sessions
Ensure creative team delivers on all brief requirements including timings, budget, specifications, etc
Lead and support the Creative department and manage workflow efficiently and profitably
Recruit creative teams in coordination with Talent Management
Drive training and development of Art Directors, Copywriters and Graphic Designers

•8 years experience as a Creative member in an Advertising Agency
•Strong creative portfolio that demonstrates versatility
•Knowledge of all production processes (print and broadcast)

•Time management, presentation and selling skills
•Communication and organizational skills
•Computer skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Flash animation and Director are pluses
