Job Description

Purpose of Role:

To manage and secure best value from Olive Group supply chain; ensure optimum utilisation and commercial return on investment of the Olive Group fleet of vehicles and assets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supply chain management strategy
• Supplier negotiation, selection and review
• Oversight and management of Olive Group assets
• Implementation and management of intelligent systems and technology
• Analysis and reporting on asset performance (ROI)
• Oversight of customs management processes
• Oversight of preventative maintenance procedures
• Implementation of intelligent, simple asset tagging system
• Systematic audit of assets
• Training to OG staff on standards and systems
• End to end lifecycle management of assets
• Oversight of contractual delivery against obligations
Desired Skills & Experience

Essential Capabilities

• Strong commercial experience managing large fleets of vehicles
• Experience procuring and implementing software solutions for intelligent fleet and asset management
• Excellent man-management skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Iraq and GCC countries
• Proven diplomacy skills and adept at client liaison
• Report writing skills
