Job Description

-Contribute as an active member of the Country Leadership Team and MANCO.
-Partner the CEO / Businesses in driving business performance and country strategy.
-Provide leadership and sound financial advice to the Finance function in the country / group.
-Develop future Finance leaders within the function and country; attract, retain and grow talent.
-Provide information, analysis, insight, advice, challenge and ideas on financial performance.
-Lead the country financial reporting activities to ensure professional and timely reporting.
-Participate at the Country ALCO and drive strong liquidity and capital management practices.
-Participate at the Country CORG and promote a robust financial controls environment.
-Strengthen right partner relationships with key stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

-Qualified Accountant with extensive financial and management reporting experience in a complex business environment
-Have experience of leading teams and developing talent within the function
-Have strong relationship management skills, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders including Regulators, Auditors, Tax Authority in addition to senior management within the Bank
-Possess the ability to communicate complex information and provide insightful analysis
-You will ideally be an Arabic speaker
