Job Description
Maintain and develop effective Supply Chain policies and process delivering cost effective procurement for Business projects while adhering to FY Budgets
Develop SCM personnel
Category and relationship management of Network category – active equipment / managed services
Financial Responsibility (Budget or P&L etc.)
Business Responsibility (customers/staff etc): Manages a team of 3

Role Accountabilities (Financial, customer, operational, KPI’s etc.)
• Develop SCM initiatives to support business Strategies against targets identified with each business owner
• Ensures effective delivery of SCM strategies through the management of team members
• Ensures that SCM plans and initiatives achieve objectives and deliver within the overall strategy
• Manages the day to day budgeting activities including FY Capex / Opex challenges
• To lead and manage the SCM team members through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development

Role Specification (Technical / Professional Expertise) :

Essential
• University Degree
• 5-7 Years of experience in Procurement
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with different groups and levels
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under stress
• Adaptability and Flexibility in Changes
• Innovative and creative

Desired
• Telecoms Experience
