The Director of Spa provides leadership to local Spa Assistant Managers of Spa Department. The Spa Director provides cutting edge advice and makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Spa department with regards to treatments and philosophies. Creating, developing and implementing of Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, demonstrating effective retail management, supervises spa and wellness team.
We are looking for individuals who are strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in both sales and marketing of the Spa. Applicants need to evidence the understanding of market trends and need to put together sound business plans. They have a creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment, have good communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate effective leadership. Applicants are required to have at least five years previous employment in similar position. Spa Management or Hospitality Education is preferable.
