Job Description:
High skilled Partner Lead who can develop business through Partners and make a huge impact in the P&L, the organization and the market.
Responsible for the definition of Partners & Key alliances strategy, as well as for the deployment of this strategy in MENA.
Planning, Execution and Governance of Partner Opportunity will be his/her main goals, collaborating and supporting all Business Units (BU) to grow Revenues, Customers, Margins and Market Share.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overall approach and strategy for developing, maintaining and expanding key external relationships that support the organization’s corporate priorities in terms of growth though partnership and alliances
Orchestrate sales, marketing, operations, learning & support partner engines on agreement with BU
Works with different sales leaders to help prioritize potential partners, and proactively initiates relationships
Works closely to local sales teams to assure partnership and alliances turn
into business results
Build virtual partner team throughout the MENA organization. Strong
coordination skills needed as well as leadership for successful 360ยบ
relationships
Construction and enhancement of Partner Ecosystem (Depth & Breadth) to
over the X-sell, up sell, and compete opportunities. Skills and market knowledge needed.
Increase Partner reach, frequency and yield, as KPIs to achieve revenue and Market Share goals.
Build Partner Growth Business Plan for FY16 and for next 3 Years. Ability to design plan, resources needs, calendar of execution, and metrics management.
Set Partner Satisfaction as key driver of business. Make a plan and track it as key KPI
The position will require building engines and connections on Channel development, Partner Sales plan and Partner ecosystem construction through the proper number of partners & channels who are managed and developed with several different engines(sales, marketing, training, support…) therefore the ideal candidate needs to be highly entrepreneurial, energetic and self-motivated person.

Qualifications

The candidate should have proven experience on working and impacting on different divisions such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Operations. Leading by setting up the right agreements for the benefit of common goals (Revenue, Customer Reach, Margin, Market Share)
Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in ChannelSales/Product/Program management. He or She will be willing to take on a big challenge with significant growth potential.
People Manager Experience 3+ Years
Capacity to manage a big set of tasks and production lines in parallel.Prioritization skills needed.
Great cross group collaboration skills who can work across multipleorganizations, product marketing as well as business planning teams.
Advanced value proposition development and messaging & positioning skills
The candidate will be autonomous, results-driven, and demonstrated ability toinfluence cross group agendas (including at an executive level) and drivenon-reporting teams to perform.
Contagious enthusiasm on Partner Business development. Capacity tomanage
Balanced Hunter/Farmer, Sales/Business Development, Strategy/Tactic
Skills for Presentations both internal to Leadership Team and V-team, as wellto Partners.
Experience with Big7 Consulting firms, Top System Integrators/Outsourcers,VARs, ISVs, Professional Associations and other professional Channels under the Omni-channel prism.Other requirements:
Graduate degree required
English Fluent required / Arabic a plus
Office Tools expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
MS / MBA a plus
