Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Director that will be based on our Madinah Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The incumbent will report functionally to the Deputy Director Program Controls.
The Madinah Public Transportation Program (MPTP) includes a comprehensive metro and bus network, as well as substantial upgrades and new construction for the primary road network. It also provides relevant facilities such as stations, park-and-ride lots, depots, and advanced Intelligent Transportation Service (ITS) technologies.
Duties And Responsibilities Not Limited To
Manages the PMOC multi-disciplinary Commercial organization including: Commercial, Contracts, Claims, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
Lead MMPTP strategic procurement strategy
Lead MMPTP Tender and evaluation process
Client focused with extensive stakeholder and PMOC coordination.
Promotes schedule, cost and risk communications and awareness within commercial organization.
Make presentations to client and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree, min. 20 years of experience
