This role is required by Engineering & Architecture (DAR E & A) – Construction Supervision Division.
E & A - Construction Supervision is one of the main divisions of Dar Al Riyadh Group which was established to meet the rising demand for program management and construction supervision.
We provide services for clients with multi-projects which often have a long duration and a total construction value that run into billions of Saudi Riyals.
Through planning, organizing, securing and managing resources DAR brings about the successful completion of a projects goals and objectives.

We are looking for Project Director with hands on experience on MEDICAL CITY PROJECT reporting to Operations Director. We offer a rare opportunity to work within an organization where individual contribution makes a significant difference.
The role of Project Director is to Plan, execute, and finalize Project according to strict deadline and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver Project according to the plan.
The Project Director will also define the Project objectives and oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle.
The Project Director will be responsible for building project team and all project related obligations including financial with proven experience dealing directly with Clients.
The Project Director should have proven track record of successfully completing project life cycle and emphasis particularly on infra-structure and structures for a medical city.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy, manages the day-to-day operations of Project Management by facilitating related professional work process to ensure with the established plans and in order to achieve high performance standards.
Skills
You should possess a bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with Professional Affiliation with total 15 Years of Experience in a senior role with the below requirements.
Western educated Arabic speaker
Experience in a lead role on similar projects in excess of SAR 8 bn
Managed professional teams in excess of 300 individuals
Middle East experience in a similar role of at least 5 years
IT fluency in project software including but not limited to Primavera, Aconnex, MS
At least 4 verbal references from Clients and reporting superiors
Not less than 45 years of age
Ready to join by end of March 2015
