About the Job:

Enterprise Projects Office is looking for a seasoned project manager to lead complex rollout projects including core banking system, Swift, and other necessary systems required to open a new branch and region internationally. This is an end-to-end project covering all aspects of HR, Logistics, Operations, ITD and Business. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent team player and be comfortable with ambiguity and embrace change.



As a Project Manager you will lead cross-organizational project teams and provide end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of our current projects management processes from beginning to end. Projects may last more than one year in duration. A project manager at this level will typically work on more than one project at a time and may mentor other project managers. The candidate will provide program coordination, management and governance support to ensure that timelines, deliverables, budget, and responsibilities are established, understood and followed.




Desired Skills and Experience

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A University degree in Computer Science, Business Management, and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 20 years of experience in information systems and/ or projects management with a mixed background in banking, management and information technology is necessary.
Working Experience in managing large scale complex Core banking projects.
Extensive knowledge and proven skills on the banking business processes coupled with the IT knowledge and skills.
Working experience in managing large teams in excess of 20 people.
Working experience in major international financial institution with extensive experience in supervising the implementation of similar extensive bank wide programs.
