Commercial Operations Manager - TAG Heuer - Dubai

Job Description

As our Commercial Operations Manager, you are reporting to the General Manager. Your responsibilities cover the Middle East area, as well as Turkey and South Africa. You are a key player in the organization and are the interface between our numerous local distributors and our headquarters in Switzerland for all logistics and business analysis matters.
You are in charge of collecting and analyzing the distributors orders. Furthermore, you manage shortages, propose alternatives, allocate products to partners and give instructions to our headquarters.
You are also in charge of inventory control (the physical inventory being based in Switzerland).
Beyond these tasks, the Commercial Operations Manager will handle the Business analysis, and will provide powerful insights to the countries managers. You will forecast the sales by products, forecasts that will drive our production and our inventory.

Desired Skills & Experience

Holder of a Master degree ,  you have 3 to 5 years of experience, either in the same kind of position, or within a controlling or logistics department. A perfect command of English is mandatory, knowledge of French and/or Arabic is a plus.
You show strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a good capacity to communicate with different partners and to convince.
You have a very good level in excel.
