Job Description

Overview of position:
Primary purpose of the job is to drive and develop business for Middle East. To meet company entity sales and destination targets. Set yearly objectives and objectives and execute according to the plan.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote the sale of products & solutions for KTF products to the Traffic, Industrial Process and Security.
  • Lead sales and business development activities at all high levels and middle management to promote the KTF portfolio.
  • Lead Sales team within his sphere of responsibility.
  • Work as an Integral member of the Intermetro/KTF ME team across all facets of the organization.
  • Work with Product Manager and Customer Engineering to develop specification around KTF products at local consultants and end users.
  • Ensure we maintain direct interaction with end users in key positions as well as working with key DCS and EPC accounts and consultants.
  • Ensure the sales enquiries and opportunities are met to customer and sales representative’s expectations.
  • Supervise the technical and commercial aspects for KTF products ensuring that they are accurate, technically verified and offer best solution for the market.
  • Liaise with Finance to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help reduce the company DSO levels
  • Liaise with Dubai and factory to support any warranty or service needs for customers.
  • Keep up-to-date with developments and trends in products, industries, and market conditions.
  • Involvement in the cross selling pursuit of Emerson brands and Metro promotion within all organizations.
  • To meet required goals and objectives, and not limited to these functions.  


Desired Skills & Experience

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business discipline
  • Proven background in proactive selling
  • IT or communication technology background – minimum 5 years
  • Relevant industry knowledge/business knowledge
  • Strong business skills/commercial awareness
  • Strategic Selling
  • Factory training 
  • Relevant product training
