Job Description
Ensure appropriate numbers of trained staff.
Ensure rosters are maintained and followed.
Measure, track and improve performance.
Prepare, maintain and disseminate reservations and sales policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other front office staff i.e. airports, GSAs, cashiers, etc.
Roles and Responsibilites:
Responsible for sales outlets in Bahrain.
Responsible for call center.
Maintenance of reservation and ticketing policies, procedures and standards.
Ensure training of all outlet staff including outstation/GSA staff.
Performance tracking.
Coordination of information and training for special promos.
Desired Skills & Experience
7-10 years adminstrative and sales experience.
Extremeley knowledgable about overall industry issues, trends and economics.
Excellent negotiation skills, planning attributes and communication, should be fluent in English.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and evaluation skills.
